Elaneer Payasam is a traditional South Indian chilled dessert made with tender coconut, cardamom, and coconut milk. Our mix combines coconut milk powder, coconut water powder, freeze-dried tender coconut flesh, and cardamom, so you can recreate this authentic dessert at home in minutes.

Mix the contents of one 100g pack with 1 litre of milk (dairy, 3.8% fat, or your favourite plant-based alternative). Bring to a brief boil while stirring until it reaches a smooth, velvety consistency, then serve chilled. Garnish with roasted cashews and saffron for a festive touch. One 100g pack makes a 140ml serving for 7-8 people.

Ingredients: coconut milk powder (coconut extract, hydrolysed starch, acidity regulator: tricalcium phosphate E341iii), coconut water powder (coconut water, maltodextrin), freeze-dried young coconut flesh, and cardamom. No added colours, preservatives, sweeteners, or flavourings.

May contain traces of tree nuts, gluten-containing cereals, and soy due to shared production facility equipment.

The dry mix itself is 100% plant-based — coconut milk powder, coconut water powder, freeze-dried coconut flesh, and cardamom contain no animal ingredients. To keep the final prepared dessert vegan, simply use a plant-based milk alternative instead of dairy milk when preparing it.

The mix is crafted in Madurai, India, following a traditional South Indian recipe, then imported to our EU base in Hamburg, Germany, for distribution across Germany.

Store the unopened pack in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Once opened, reseal tightly and use within a few weeks for best flavour. Check the best-before date printed on your individual pack.

Yes. As an EU consumer you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date you receive your order. Because our products are sealed food items, this right applies only while the original packaging and seal remain intact and unopened, in line with EU food safety rules.
